This is a unique opportunity as the candidate will work closely with Dr. Tarek Riad\u2019s team. This candidate will assume a mixed role in arbitration and corporate advisory. The job is typically split in equal portions between advisory, arbitration, and corporate\/transactional matters. One of the major attractions of KRR\u00a0 is the variety of work and opportunity to work with important clients and stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Must have a minimum of one year of experience as an associate at one of the top-tier corporate law firms in any department in Egypt or in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Experience in arbitration is preferable and will set you apart from other candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Must be a member of the Egyptian bar.<\/p>\n<p>Must have graduated from an English or French department at a reputable university, with the French department being preferable.<\/p>\n<p>It is preferable if the candidate has an LLM in arbitration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The role will consist of<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assisting Dr. Riad in his work;<\/p>\n<p>Working in collaboration with others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team.<\/p>\n<p>Being responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising different types of contracts and agreements with clients;<\/p>\n<p>Drafting different types of contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Overview : Previously Kosheri, Rashed, and Riad is hiring a Junior Associate in the arbitration department.
