Job Overview :
Previously Kosheri, Rashed, and Riad is hiring a Junior Associate in the arbitration department. This is a unique opportunity as the candidate will work closely with Dr. Tarek Riad’s team. This candidate will assume a mixed role in arbitration and corporate advisory. The job is typically split in equal portions between advisory, arbitration, and corporate/transactional matters. Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of one year of experience as an associate at one of the top-tier corporate law firms in any department in Egypt or in the region.
Experience in arbitration is preferable and will set you apart from other candidates.
Must be a member of the Egyptian bar.
Must have graduated from an English or French department at a reputable university, with the French department being preferable.
It is preferable if the candidate has an LLM in arbitration.
The role will consist of
Assisting Dr. Riad in his work;
Working in collaboration with others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team.
Being responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising different types of contracts and agreements with clients;
Drafting different types of contracts and agreements in both Arabic and English;
